WWII Oscilloscope

This is a WWII era oscilloscope in its carrying case. It is from the US Navy, and has a manual.

The manual.

Ha! I just bought the same oscilloscope at a flea market.

But mine has no cover for the case, and someone cut the power cord. Do you know the exact year of manufacture?

Wow, I had one just like that in high school...might still be at my parent's house. Any idea how to get a copy of that manual?
